Who makes the decisions round here?

Managers make decisions – that is what they are paid to do. That is what they should do.

This is often known as the manager’s ‘right to manage’

Could it be that instead it is the manager’s right to ensure that the right decisions get made?

What are you doing to ensure that your staff make the best possible decisions?
